Fuimos por una despedida de soltera (eramos 9 en total), y nos pudimos acomodar perfectamente en las 3 habitaciones, el compartir el baño fue lo de menos; si eso es algo que no les molesta, es un gran lugar! También las horas de silencio si son muy estrictas, para que lo consideren(: Nosotros nos quedamos un tiempo de más afuera en la alberca y Kim nos lo hizo saber de manera muy respetuosa. Pero si lo que buscan es seguir la fiesta en el airbnb, este no es el lugar indicado por respeto a los inquilinos de los pisos superiores(: Definitivamente vuelvo a reservar el departamento ya que la zona es super! No se encuentra cerca de la zona dorada, pero si está a unos minutos caminando de playas públicas y del inicio de los restaurantes del malecón. Es muy sencillo pescar pulmonías desde la zona y el uber a la zona dorada no es nada caro.

The place was just as described in the listing, and the location is great - close to the Malecon, but far enough away that you can’t hear the constant noise and racket of the Malecon. Mexico in general is very noisy, so we still heard the pulmonias with their cranked sound systems driving by on our street until late evening, but that is everywhere in any Mexican city. There was a power surge that knocked out the electricity to half of the apartment (it was a utility problem, nothing to do with the apartment), so we lost WiFi. Once power was restored, we discovered that the router had been damaged. Kim was fantastic as far as getting a new router sent out and a support person to install and set it up. Her service was exceptional, despite this happening on a Sunday. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bedroom has lots of storage. We would stay at Kim’s apartment again.

The stay was absolutely wonderful and Kim was a fabulous host. I needed to get to the bus station early in the morning and she went out of her way to help organize a ride for me. Her hospitality and responsiveness was much appreciated!

Excelente alojamiento, lindo, limpio, seguro y con una excelente ubicación sobre el malecón, las albercas estaban climatizadas por lo cual fue excelente ya que algunos días de los que fui estuvieron un poco fríos. La vista del depto es increíble, sin duda regresaría.

Our stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and with everything you need to feel good from the first moment. The service from the host Kim was impeccable, always attentive, quick to respond and very friendly. Definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended!

Un lugar muy bonito, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda y tranquila. Lo único mínimamente complicado fue en la llegada, las instrucciones mencionan otro número de edificio distinto al que realmente tiene. Pero gracias a las claras instrucciones que nos enviaron no hubo mayor problema, ya que viene una foto del edificio. Volvería a quedarme ahí sin duda!

Excelente lugar, amplio y muy cómodo. No tan cerca de antros y bares como para que el ruido sea molesto de noche, el lugar es súper tranquilo y súper cerca de la zona dorada. Estacionamiento cerrado y privado. Agua caliente siempre, AC enfría súper bien, cama y almohadas súper cómodas, todo muy limpio. Centro de lavado muy práctico. La alberca está padrísima también. Lo único que debes tener en mente es que está en un tercer piso, está bueno el ejercicio pero si no puedes subir escaleras tan fácil o traes silla de ruedas/carreola será un poco difícil.

Kim’s place is situated just a block away from the beach a short walk to the historic center and Mercado.  Everything you need is close by and it is away from the touristy section but a short bus ride if you wanted to head up that way a great place to spend some time in Mazatlan.

Me encantó el lugar, me sentí súper segura y cómoda, la vista en el área de la alberca es súper relajante, había más personas en el edificio pero jamás hubo mucho ruido. Super atentas con todas las instrucciones para la llegada y entrada al edificio.
